We didn’t have breakfast but our stay was very good We had travelled for my sons wedding I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and 2 other rooms The staff were so helpful they changed the room configuration at the last minute to accommodate our guests they ensured all rooms were together especially as I had my 90 year old mum staying in one of the rooms. The staff were friendly helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The rooms were all very clean the beds comfy and stocked with real milk in the fridge. Thank you The biggest thank you to Alana who went looking in the bin for me after we had checked out and gotten home to find an envelope with a huge amount of money for the bride and groom was missing. She went above and beyond. The money was found safe with another relative but Alana did all she could to ease my panic. Parking on site was a big tick Thank you Quest

There were 3 colleagues, so an easy share arrangement in the 2 bedroom apartment with a king and x2 singles, being better value than 3 single rooms elsewhere. We also need good proximity to restaurants (main street and Fibbers Hotel beside is excellent), as well as access for 1 colleague to Brisbane Airport via early next morning bus (walking distance)

Great location right in town and walking distance to great restaurants, shops and beautiful Queens Park. Room was neat tidy and clean. Bed was lovely to sleep in, great night sleep. Staff were all very friendly.

The reception is in a de-consecrated church and was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable. The beds were superb and the showers had good water pressure. And there were Tim Tams in the fridge on our arrival. Winning.

The location was perfect close to everything. Not enough parking at the property though, however the staff managed to find one for us. Customer service was of high standard.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location was around many cafes and restaurants and it was an easy walk to the CBD, Grand Central and Queens Park. The underground Carpark was secure and the security to the lifts and floor levels made it a very safe hotel.
